1. Orders & Payment

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

• Payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay or accept the parcel will result in cancellation and possible blacklisting for future orders.

• Prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

• Launch offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are limited time and subject to stock availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Rs 150 (7 working days).

• Fast Shipping: Rs 300 (3 working days).

• Shipping charges are extra and paid on delivery.

• Delivery all Pakistan via reliable couriers. We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, weather, or force majeure.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

3. Free Gifts in Packs

• Packs include free Basic Tee(s) as gift (worth Rs 999 each). Gifts are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Easy exchange within 7 days if defective/damage issue (unworn, tags attached).

• Customer pays return shipping.

• No refunds (COD model), only exchange or store credit.

• Defective/damaged items exchanged free.

5. Product Information

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings/photography.

• We strive for accuracy but reserve right to correct errors.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses or misuse of products.

• Maximum liability limited to order value.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (images, logo) owned by PEHCHAN. No unauthorized use.

8. Changes

• We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
